“ Subak Australia has allowed me to expand my seagrass restoration work and explore a novel concept for marine habitat restoration. Specifically, I have used the Subak funding to expand a seagrass restoration project at Glenelg Reef (newly constructed oyster reef) and to fund an entirely new seagrass restoration around a new reef building project. Additionally, I am now exploring the use of novel restoration units (oyster shell gabions) to upscale restoration efforts, something I could not explore without Subak Australia's funding.”

“I was lucky enough to be awarded a Fellow in 2022 from Subak Australia. The Fellow program was a brilliant experience with the opportunity to network and share ideas with other Fellows, and meet amazing key leaders in the climate policy space. The funding enabled me further develop techniques utilising AI to analyse large cohort of climate policies from local governments in Australia.”
